Vectis Karma is pleased to announce that we now ship all UK orders free of charge, using Royal Mail 1st Class services.
Royal Mail quote delivery times of between 1 and 3 days for this service, but our experience shows us that well over 90% of parcels sent 1st Class are delivered the next day.
We continue to ship Monday to Friday, with orders placed before noon, shipping the same day. Orders placed after noon on Fridays, Saturday and Sundays are shipped the following Monday.
Regarding packaging, we're ever more mindful about our use of plastics, bubble wrap etc., so have reduced this to a bare minimum. Whilst we are using the last of our stock, we have ceased purchasing bubble wrap and 'Mail Lite' type packets that use bubble wrap inside. Instead, we are now increasing our use of card boxes and using paper as filling and wrapping - all being recyclable. We also recycle all our inbound packaging, from our suppliers. If you find packaging 'nuggets or bubbles' in your parcel, rest assured we didn't purchase these and have recycled them from parcels we have received.
This way we feel we're doing our bit to contribute to reducing waste and the huge problem our environment faces with plastic pollution. We're not at 'zero plastic', but have already significantly reduced our use of plastic materials and will continue to do so.
