|Are all of your products in stock?||
Yes - a key aim of our business is to provide excellent customer service and holding good levels of stock is part of this commitment. We get the majority of our products from sources that deliver to us within 3-4 days. Should it arise (due to a large volume of orders) that we do sell all of an item, it will be on back order immediately. We'll also be honest and transparent with you regarding stock levels, deliveries to us, any despatch delays etc. We also aim to hold stocks of all of a vendors range, for those lines that we promote. For instance, we stock all 19 available Morning Star fragrances by Nippon Kodo in 50 boxes and many in boxes of 200. As another example, we stock all products within the Shoyeido Daily, Jewel and Angelic (Magnifiscents) series.
As of January 2018, we have over 350 Incense product lines in stock. Additionally, we have many associated items such as Incense Holders, Burners, Bowls

|Is it possible to buy a gift for someone?||
Yes - and doing that is great Karma by the way! You can send someone a gift by entering their name and address as the Delivery Address and your own as the Billing Address.
|What types of payment do you accept?||
You have several ways to pay for your orders at Vectis Karma:
- Your Credit or Debit card(s) using Worldpay
- PayPal, using your PayPal account
|When will my order be delivered?||
We aim to process (check, wrap, pack and post) all orders we receive by 12 noon Monday - Friday. You do have some choices yourself when selecting and paying for delivery, so bear that in mind. Orders ship free in the UK, and these will go by Royal Mail 1st Class service, either parcel or large Letter, depending on the product(s). You may 'upgrade' to Royal Mail Special Delivery by paying a fee - make this choice when 'checking out'.
For really urgent/guaranteed delivery times you may also upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery - next day delivery by 1 pm.
For International customers, we use Royal Mail International tracked services. The website has a delivery charge calculator built in.
